The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was perfect, with the metro just 2 minutes away and a shopping area with restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to the famous canals and Financial Center. The staff was lovely and the swimming pool was a great addition.

The hotel's location was just perfect for my business trip to Suzhou. It was situated near the business district and shopping malls, which was very convenient. the breakfast offered both hot and cold foods, and the omelets were made, to, order, which I really enjoyed. the rooms were spacious, clean and well, maintained, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's rest.

The rooms were a bit outdated in terms of decor, but still comfortable. the bathroom also looked a bit old but it was clean and functional.

You can reach the old town in just a short 10-minute walk. the rooms are impressively stylish, with a separate bath and shower in the large bathroom. the beds are extremely comfy, and the staff are always helpful. there is a lavish pool to swim in and delicious breakfast.

The hotel's buffet breakfast had a good variety of foods, including Asian and Western options. The location was convenient, with a well-known shopping district within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds.

The room we were given had a strong cigarette smoke odor, which was not resolved until we requested a new room and had to move. The maintenance of the rooms was not up to par, with issues such as a non-working fridge and mold/mildew on the bathroom counter faucet.
